Allow for automatic location

When you visit the site the first time (without URL parameters set) the map should use your location to fly to the location, move the cursor, and redraw the visualisation.

  • Fly to location
  • Move the cursor/point
  • Redraw visualisation

Awesome work already done by @rtrigoso here: #7.

Show loading spinner before map loads

We have a few seconds before the map loads that seems like it's frozen. We should therefore add a loading spinner to the map load similar to what we have for the pin.
