Make the icon for the AIM section in the index.html page smaller for mobile view (max width: 480px)

Describe the bug
"Get in touch" form validation is not working properly. It redirect to "405 Not Allowed"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://codechef-ciem.github.io/'
2. Scroll down to "Get in touch"

Expected behavior
It should show a proper error message
