Bot only loads one plugin automatically running under Ubuntu Server

Running Ubuntu Server 18.04 LTS under Python 3.8.2 the bot only loads the "Roles" plugin automatically. Expected behavior (As shown under Windows 10) is that all plugins should load.

Manually running the plugins load command successfully loads the plugins with no issues.

I'm assuming the issue has to do with the stdlib os.etc calls.

Logging error upon certain unicode strings being logged for the first time

During logging when certain strings are parsed it causes a logigng error a single time, upon rebooting the bot and posting the same string again the error does not happen.

As an example of this, the stand-out "RoyalR" username from this message:

Causes the following string of errors:

This exact error repeats on every attempted log.
