The Meditation Group

• Website is a page for everyone interested in learning about meditation,yoga and mindfulness.

• Users of this website will be able to find all the information they need to know about Meditation Group: About the group, video excercises and some motivational quotes.

• The site is targeted towards everyone that wants to "connect to your higher self".

Features

Navigation

• Featured at the top of the page, the navigation shows the group name in the left corner: MEDITATION GROUP that links to the top of the front page.
• The other navigation links are to the right: Home, Excercises & About which link to the front page and different pages.
• The navigation has a font and color that contrasts with the background.
• The navigation clearly tells the user the name of the club and website and makes the different sections of information easy to find.

The Header

• The background image includes a photograph with a text overlay with a motivational quote written by a "member of the group".

What can you learn from us section

• Allow the user to see the benefits of joining Meditation Group.

The Footer

• The footer section includes links to the relevant social media sites for Love Running. The links will open to a new tab to allow easy navigation for the user.
• The footer is valuable to the user as it encourages them to keep connected via social media and join our group.

Excercises

• The excercises will provide some of our practctises.
• This section is valuable to the user as they will be able to easily identify the types of events the organisation puts together.

About Us

• Information about the meditation group has to offer for the user and some information about Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness.

Testing

• I tested that this page works in different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
• I confirmed that this project is responsive, looks good and functions on all standard screen sizes using the devtools device toolbar.
• I confirmed that the navigation, header, excersises and about us text are all readable and easy to understand.

• No errors were found when passing through the official (jigsaw) validator

Accessibility

• I confirmed that the colors and fonts chosen are easy to read and sccessible by running it through lighthouse in devtools
