Bug in index page

Description:
If we add a handle which is unrated then the rating will be undefined and you will not be able to get the problems.

Expected behavior:
Rating saved should be 0 if the user is unrated.

Take reference from CF APIs to solve this bug.

add templates for issues and pull requests

I would like to contribute by adding templates for

pull request
issue templates :
(a) bug report
(b) feature request

Add favicon to both index.html and main.html

Styling to the main page

Add proper styling to the tables and others in that main page i.e. add stylings in style-main. Also try to add a better background in that page.

Adding number of made to solve

Add a new column in all the tables of main.html page which will contain the number attempts made to solve a particular problem and if it is accepted or not.

Take reference from CF APIs to add this feature.
