If the context has extension .storyboard POET currently ignores it. It should replace the extension with .strings instead

The Xcode tool exports the Info.plist strings into "Info.plist". POET needs to rename that to InfoPlist.strings on download.

As an Android developer that is helping out an iOS developer; the POET tool is far too poorly documented for me to understand how to get it built and working.

also when using this project via a pod file, the framework classes seem to be unavailable for the project using them. please describe correct installation flow

project needs to support "Base" localisation that defaults to language "X" (i.e. english) and that all empty translation will fallback to that translation

I have this use case where I need to get XLIFF files for all languages which are localized more than 75%. Also I don't need the strings to be generated.

So I imagine that I could run poet if an option like

poet export --format XLIFF

If you have a Localizable.strings in App/Resources as well as in Widget/Resources then the former will be overwritten by the latter.

The path in the contexts are Widget/Resources/en.lproj/Localizable.strings and App/Resources/en.lproj/Localizable.strings

I think the best approach would be to always take the entire path, append it to the output folder (or empty string to use project root) and replace the x.lproj with the name of the individual localisations.

If there is a context that does not end in .strings the translation file should be ignored.

Further down the line it would be nice to have a way to deal with custom source files.

When localization for a language is incomplete, we would want to use the source language
