conllu_to_conll.py: convert conllu to conll format (with the option to choose whether to keep the fused wordforms, e.g. 'della' in Italian, or 'im' in German

Anaconda python can keep different python versions. For install, to get python3 after installing anaconda: conda create -n p3k python=3.3 Now you can activate the python3 environment with source activate p3k And install the missing packages (with pip or conda)

it would be nice, if you could enhance your CoNLLReader() with a write_conll_2009 method. Maybe, I can contribute such a method in a pull request if you are interested.
It should be enough to define a CONLL09_COLUMNS array and generalize from the existing write_conll_2009 method like write_conll_format with the respective columns array as parameter. What do you think?
