Add source command

Saying 'd2lminusminus: source' should cause the bot to give the URL to this repository.

Add command to join a new channel

The bot should be able to join a new channel with

d2lminusminus: join #channel [key]

in a public channel or private messaging the bot with

join #channel [key]

Express confusion when someone does d2l++

When d2lminusminus sees a line in chat containing "d2l++", it should express confusion in some way. Here are some examples (where $who should be the nick of the person who said it):

* d2lminusminus blinks uncomprehendingly at $who
* d2lminusminus looks confused
* d2lminusminus checks $who's forehead for fever
<d2lminusminus> Huh?
<d2lminusminus> W-what?
<d2lminusminus> Parse error: expected '--' after 'd2l' (got '++').

This should happen in addition to, and before, outputting "d2l--" as usual.
