Hi there,

Following the README.md file references the following URL:
https://github.com/cloudflare/cfapp_sample/blob/master/public/javascripts/sample_app.js

This file does not exist at the location above, and doesn't exist in a cloned copy, there is a countersback.js if that is correct?

Anyway, I thought I should flag.

The "Modules of interest" section of README.md only lists modules, without providing sufficient documentation (or a link to documentation) to actually use. Googling e.g. the first module mentioned, "cloudflare/dom," does not appear to find any, either, and the likely relevant repository https://github.com/cloudflare/cloudflarejs is empty.

Please add documentation to make these features usable.
