Employee Dashboard Schema Changes

• add daily value of water based on gender/height/weight
• maybe only store data for 1 day for each employee? firebase is starting to respond really slowly
• fix break times (because right now time difference between each array is 1s)
• rename nudge attribute "sent" to be "accepted" (denoting that the user completed the nudge prompt)
• employee schema should store some sort of ref to employer id (i think firebase has a docref data type)
• probably prevent database cluttering at the root by moving each user's nudge collection to be a sub collection of a "nudges" collection (same structuring as employee)
