I found some "exotic" WebDAV which have authentication based on cookies (is a 
solution based on SSO). 

Anyway, I was forced to add a new functionality to your app to send extra 
headers if the user need it. I attached the patch, please evaluate it, and if 
you consider is valuable for davtest, use it.

When a server supports PUT but not PROPFIND or OPTIONS, DavTest fails since 
HTTP::DAV won't allow creation of a new resource. Need to override HTTP::DAV or 
stop using it.

Add a generic HTML upload backdoor which tests SSI. Might as well test scripts 
to make sure there is no filtering.
