  • Verifies correct schema for data TODO.
  • Completes spatial queries in advance.
  • Checks data consistency to ensure simplicity app will work properly.
    • Framework in place.
    • Will not push data from hold tables to production tables until data checks PASS
  • Runs database maintenance routines i.e. reindex, vacuum, etc .

simplicity-backend's Issues

restructure backend job

restructure backend job so it uses a configuration yml or json file and better organize the folder structure...

Create ETL for data pull

Define location and field table mapping for simplicity data, with yaml configuration files
Use ETL or something like OGR to popluate database

Data Integerity Checks

write some checks to ensure data is compelete before moveing data from hold to production tables

Should this be in ArcGIS server?

Should this be in ArcGIS server or should we do some kind of simple node server so we can launch anywhere? or do we try civicdata.com?

launch script

launch script for automating setup of database and server, if we use ArcGIS server then we migh be limited.
Automate job setup

Backups

DB backups
