Add a libsrtp_get_version() function about libsrtp HOT 6 CLOSED

Is there any standard or best practice that should be followed for libsrtp_get_version(), which returns an int? If our version is 1.4.5, how should that be converted to an int?

Would it be OK to rename these functions srtp_get_version() and srtp_get_version_string()? Or does the function name need to begin with the name of the so file?
