When solving with assumptions, it would be nice to expose conflicts from CryptoMiniSat's C++ API in Python.

Building CMS in-tree will ensure we get a build which supports Gaussian Elimination. The default Fedora build installs m4ri but doesn't enable Gaussian Elimination.

Make this a proper Python module and support setuptools / setup.py such that it is installable.

Add support for arrays of variables (e.g., vectors):

• Bitwise binary operators
• Shifts and rotations
• Addition

This is necessary to make implementing hash functions easier.

We should provide two types of documentation:

• Usage documentation
• Design documentation

Every good upstream project needs a useful test suite.

• Test binary operations directly
• Test basic variables and models
• Pending #1, test Vectors

Also, consider adding Travis or related CI.
