I am trying to plot my tree (from Astral III) using the following lines:

local.posterior = TRUE,

tip.label.size = 1,
pie.chart.size = 0.25)
It works, but If I change the argument "pie.data" to "pie.data = "qscore"", the piecharts that I obtain are the same (as the ones that I obtain with "pie.data = "genetree"") and correspond to the qscores.
I checked "astral.data" and it reads properly q1/2/3 and f1/2/3 as numbers.
The format of the labels of my tree is the following: "q1=0.3889582631081762;q2=0.257503503098498;q3=0.3535382337933258;f1=77.01373609541889;f2=50.985693613502605;f3=70.0005702910785;pp1=0.7825751429664773;pp2=0.03226467744511558;pp3=0.1851601795884253;QC=390;EN=198.0"
I don't see any warnings at any point of the process. I have tried erasing the q1/2/3 form the tree and I simply lose the piecharts, it does not use the f1/2/3. Any clues? Am I doing something incorrectly?

Thanks for making this analysis tool, I have data that generally performs better with weighted astral. I am curious if there are plans to implement this analysis in AstralPlane?
