I had the same issues and it was a miss configuration in the php.ini
from crm.

@kboghdady Thanks for your feedback. Can I know more about the misconfiguration?
My temporary solution was to switch the PHP version to 7.4 after installation after doing this, I was able to log in. But I could not install it when I was using version 7.4.

No, 8.0 isn't compatible with ChurchCRM.
It's currently installed on 7.4.
