The features are mostly untested. Add coverage infrastructure as well as add tests to bring coverage up to around 80%

Add a type variant type that is consistent with the WASM interface types variants.

Initially the allocator should be simple (such a a bump allocator) and maybe a single list list. Consider a tcmalloc like allocator.

An alternative to relying on dwarf information and existing dwarf debuggers, create a debug transform that adds start/end/statement calls into the code for a debug host in node and a DAP for debugging with a DAP supporting editor such as vscode.

Add dwarf line-number information to improve the debugging experience

Add support for switch or when to generate a br_table instruction.

Add a side stack to allow allocating data types that cannot fit into local variables such as arrays. Also allows allocating locals into memory for debugging.

Add better diagnostic reporting for typecheck and codegen. Consider adding it to parser and scanner as well but priority is not as high as the parser and scanner are not intended to be used long-term where typecheck and codegen are.

Add the file location handling which allows tracking multiple files using a single number.
