Builiding reply-url host is wrong
The first field in the access.log is the ip that make the request. (at least in the default apache).
I've checked that the script is using this field to build the new url. This is wrong.
The script is building the new-server-url, you dont need the client ip.
You may use a global var o argument passed var with a value like "localhost:80" or something like that
