Async model importing

Hello, I tried this Plugin in my UE5 project and I noticed that for a second while I import the mesh the App is freezing. Is it possible to make it async or it debends on the library?

According to the prompt, put the file into Plugins and open the project. It prompts UE51 could not be compiled. Try rebuilding from source manually.

I put the downloaded file in the Plugins folder according to the prompt. When I opened the UE project, it prompted: The following modules are missing or built with a different engine version: RuntimeMeshLoader. Would you like to rebuild them now? When I clicked Yes, the program prompted me: UE51 could not be compiled. Try rebuilding from source manually. What could be the cause of this problem? I am using UE5.1 Thanks!
