Ignoring docs still creates docs/_static. Ignored folders are only ignored verbatim, not recursively due to its parent.
Interpretation of docs as a parent to docs/_static should be added.
The ignore command currently simply appends the newly to be ignored target, introducing duplicates. It shouldn't do this.
When pypi-template is executed, in setup.py generated file, author is still "Christophe VG".
Improve template to only show a single year in case from and to are the same.
