This has been added to version .9.2. Please tell me what you think. It still
needs some work, but the functionality is there.

Thanks for looking at this for me :)
I tried it out, and it works great. I'm sure you're aware that it would be nice
to be able to choose an existing server instead of having to re-enter the info,
but, as you said, the functionality is there. Thanks again!

I'm glad that it works for you! We have to change some more code to be able to
choose existing code and we wanted a quick update, because it's been so long
already. It will come eventually :-D
