I am using your code in a mono-repo and I've forked it only to resolve some incomplete typing issues.
I don't really want to maintain a fork.
Nevertheless, if you want to backport anything out of my "fork"- it is located https://github.com/Digital-Defiance/nx-monorepo/tree/main/digital-defiance/libs/random-seedable-ts

Otherwise imports fail

Documentation says randRange is "inclusive" for 'min' and "inclusive" for 'max', but on running thousands of iterations it seems it is actually exclusive of 'max'.

Using XORWow

random.randRange(min, max)

Generates a number within the given range.

Parameters
min -> Lower bound of the numbers to generate (inclusive).
max -> Upper bound of the numbers to generate (inclusive).
Returns
Number min <= Number <= max.

I have a program working fine but adding these two lines produces an infinite loop:

random.seed = 5555;
console.log(random.randBelow(10));

If I remove any of the two lines it works fine.

Replacing XORShift with PCG also solves the issue.

Running on Chromium Version 110.0.5481.177 (Official Build) Arch Linux (64-bit).

Any idea why this could happen? I'll try to create a reproducible program when I get a moment.
