Def of Done: A web server is able to serve over HTTP a test site on the local network.

Def of Done: A selected branch or tag is installed in a development server. A single command should be issued by ansible to make this happen.

Def of Done: A developer is able to start a development environment that automatically refreshes the browser. A developer is also able to package up the code for deployment.

Def of Done: A web server is able to serve over HTTPS+Cloudflare over the Internet.

Because this is being used for children, we want an element of randomness to keep them entertained. However, truly random might not always be "fair".
