Uploading Direct through Front

Hi @chrisbaglieri I am doing an example for this POC via the front end. Doesn't look like my stuff is showing up.

Build new script and test

@chrisbaglieri made some changes @r3m0chop can we set up a time to buddy up and test the changes? We need to see how the contents of the email works with the blackfynn data.

rebuild email helper

@r3m0chop @chrisbaglieri We need to rebuild this in Jenkins for it to actually work.

Need to write a lambda function on a bucket that sends up new research ready events that could contain MRI, SVS or other data under a single 7316-xxx type number. CBTTC Research Ready data set is on the blackfynn platform and I have the bucket here at CHOP.
