Hi I found a bug in this plugin by chilidevs. While requesting for a partial return of an order, I select item #1 but after submitting the request button, item #2 gets selected. Please check the screenshots below. Here i selected the basic solid tee to return but the refund was made for the Cheetah tee after I submitted the request. On my dashboard too, i have received the request for cheetah tee.

Currently all the products(including variable products) have same replacement option which is to replace the product with another one of the same product. But for variable products there can be an option that customer might choose from other variants too, only if the price is same. The owner can enable/disable this option.

I need show Expired date warranty on view request detail page.
Who can help me, please?

We will need to add an extra option so that admin can display additional warranty price along with product price or separately with product price

the page /my-account/new-warranty-request/###/ is not on the same template as the rest of the account page it seems like. The page /my-account/warranty-requests/ shows fine like the rest of account page but the one that the request is made in does not have the surrounding template. We are using Divi theme builder, do I need to add a way to get theme builder on to the request page, the /warranty-requests/ tab does not lose the theme styles.

For completed order, cancel button is showing on customer my-account page, but its not logical. When order is completed, the products should not be able to be cancelled.

When an order is completed, a customer can request warranty for the order from My Account page -> Orders -> Request Warranty. On the warranty request drop down, there is option for cancel also. It should be fixed so that customer can't cancel an order after it is completed.

After installing the plug-in, the page seems to be completely missing. It's not in the Pages tab of Wordpress either. Both:
/my-account/new-warranty-request/
/my-account/warranty-requests/
are giving a 404 page.

The website is in maintenance mode, so sharing the URL won't get you far.

Theme: Flatsome 13.12.2
Woocommerce: 4.4.1
Woocommerce Return Warranty Management: 1.1.10

Product Selection (Check box) is not Visible During Return/Refund Request.

Iam Getting Error as “Please select any item for sending request”,But Check box (product Selection) is not visible.

Your plugin seems very good, but I have problems to make it work. I made some tested orders on my shop under construction. I do not see buttons "return" on the page "my account" -> "orders". I am under wordpress 5.2.2 with PHP 7.3. Woocommerce updated and activated. Theme twenty seventeen. I have configured the plugin (status, warranty period ...). Aside from displaying the warranty period on the product page, your plugin does not seem to work well.

A shop admin might not be open to give replacement option for all the products. In this case there should not be an option for replacement in customer side (My Account page -> Orders -> Request Warranty). This issue can be solved by giving an option to override default for 'return request types' for each order. Default option screenshot below.
