##不需替换内核、可用FaceTime/iMessage、直接升级！

前几天我写了一篇文章，借助KVM，能让Ryzen处理器不破解内核就用上iMessage和FaceTime，传送门：AMD Ryzen黑苹果新姿势：借助KVM实现CPU变频、随意升级但是KVM也有一个明显的缺陷，就是无法充分压榨机器的性能。

那么对于传统替换内核的方案，有没有更好的解决方案？相信大家都见到过Clover的KernelToPatch功能，它的功能就是动态给内核打补丁。能不能像KextsToPatch那样，“无伤”的修改内核？

结果这两天就发现了一个神器：https://github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla，该Repo做到了使用动态内核补丁功能，AMD处理器（FX系列与Ryzen系列）都不再需要替换prelinkedkernel，也不需要替换kernel。

经过我自己的体验，能够直接安装10.14.1的原版系统，并且在APP Store中直接升级到了10.14.4。整个过程丝滑流畅，非常美妙。

SSD：阿斯加德Asgard AN 256G

CPU：AMD FX6300
显卡：小影霸 GT440 512M
内存：8G+4G DDR3 1600

在amd-osx.com上的教程还需要替换prelinkedkernel，但我测试并不需要。

简略教程：

制作macOS启动盘：参照黑果小兵的部落阁
挂载U盘的EFI分区，将本REPO的内容复制进去。
像白果一样装系统。

FX系列特殊说明：

Ryzen系列的主板都支持UEFI方式启动，因此不管如何制作启动盘，都是可以启动的。

但是FX系列很多主板，比如我的GA-780T-D3L都不支持UEFI启动，此时推荐使用Boot Disk Utility来制作启动盘。它的使用方式略复杂，建议参照上面的详细说明来操作。

优缺点分析

优点：

1. 性能强悍：

以GeekBench跑分为例

非常恐怖的分数，我非常怀疑GeekBench在macOS下有“魔法”加成。

因此，追求极致macOS性能的童鞋们可以行动起来了！

2. 由于系统内核与驱动文件均完整，iMessage与FaceTime也可以激活。

3. 可以直接在App Store下升级系统。

4. 你甚至可以完全开启系统完整性保护功能，安全性与白果无异。

缺点：

由于其本质仍然是对内核打补丁，所以：

PhotoShop等专业软件仍无法运行——不过大多数专业软件都已经有解决方案了。
所有需要用到虚拟化的地方，例如Docker、VMware、Parallels Desktop均无法运行。因为Mac只使用Intel处理器，所以Mac下的虚拟化软件都只支持Intel VT-x。如果Mac下有支持AMD SVM的软件，自然也是可以运行的。

对于我自己来说，由于不需要用FCPX、AE这种巨型软件，倒是需要用到Docker和虚拟机，所以无疑还是KVM的方案更适合我。

FIX Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator CC 2018 - AMD HACKINTOSH

Hi there! I would like to thank you for the EFI that you have uploaded. Recently I acquired a Taichi x370, a Ryzen 2700 and a Sapphire Nitro + Rx570 4Gb. Thanks to your effort and your work I have Mojave 10.4.5 working perfectly. =)
In addition to thanking you, I wanted to provide 2 solutions:

1.- For the Mac preview to work (both for images and for video), you must enter the "NoVPAJpeg.kext" kext in EFI/CLOVER/KEXTS/OTHER and restart. That worked for me.

2.- I have managed to make Photoshop (v19.1.8) and Illustrator (v22.1.0.312) 2018 work by deleting some files after installation. I don't know if it works for the 2019 versions, but this way it works perfectly. I leave here the steps to follow and the files to be deleted. I have taken them out of a hackintosh-indonesia guide:

2.1.- Install Photoshop & Illustrator 2018
2.2.- Use Adobe Zii 3.0.4 to crack them
2.3.- Delete these files:

Performance RX570 Sapphire Nitro+

Hi! I wanted to ask you a question regarding the graphics card. I am using your EFI as I commented in the post I opened a few days ago and I find it curious one thing.
My hackintosh is going very well, really, but I'm surprised that some of the tests I do on the graphics card, some are very good and others very very bad, especially those related to OpenGL / OpenCL. I pass some results of the different benchmark programs:

Geekbench 4 (OpenCL) = 41000 pts (Windows 130,000)
Unigine Valley (ExtremeHD) = 24fps average (Windows 49fps)
Luxmark = 12800 (Very Good)
BruceX 5K FCPX = 23,5s (I think good)
Cinebench R15 (OpenGL) = 72fps (Windows 128fps)

I don't understand how there can be so much difference. The card works perfect in some tests but in others 3 or 4 times lower compared to Windows.
Do you have any idea why it can be? I have read a lot to other colleagues and there are many who are the same, especially with the Rx570 and with the Rx580 in AMD Hackintosh.

I know that OpenGL is in extinction on Mac and that Metal is going to be used but I would like to know why in Hackintosh Intel + Rx570 the card gives very good results and in Hackintosh AMD + Rx570 not, and if something could be done to fix it.

Update Mojave?

Hi. I am unable to install any Mojave update without kernel error (I think). I am at 10.4.6 and there is an update of 1.25Gb concerning Pages, Numbers and something else but when I start from clover to update, it does not start. I've been reading a lot but all the solutions don't work for me. Any ideas? Thank you.

将repo中的EF/CLOVER文件全部拷贝到U盘的EFI/EFI/CLOVER中了，从AMD_Vanilla中替换了17h中的config.plist,主板也关闭SVM,IOMMU，APU了,在下面这个界面会卡一会，然后显示Unsupported CPU,接着重启，请问是需要复制整个Repo吗？怎么解决这个问题？

FIX AUDIO (Twitter, YouTube, etc...) Change 5.1 to Internal Speakers with AppleALC

I've been thinking for a few days why I didn't hear most of the videos from Twitter, many from YouTube and many from Vimeo ... The motherboard audio was set up with the VoodooHDA kext and it works fine but for the audio to be heard I had that input 5.1 must be selected. Many of the videos could not be heard for that reason. I found a guide to use AppleALC. Now everything sounds excellent without any problem. I leave here the guide for those who have this motherboard with the ALC1220 audio chip!
