What is Cartoon (animation) ?

Cartoon is a 2D animation software developped by Blendman, in purebasic. With Cartoon you can create 2D vector drawings, (and in a futur version, you will able to create animation and save it of course :)). This sofware is open-source under MIT licence, please read the lience file for more information.
