What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create 'lib' folder to keep jars in
2. Create classpath container from that folder from the plugin
3. Try to expand node of 'lib' folder from package explorer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect this node to be expandable so that I can see all jars in that 
directory and remove some of them if not needed any more.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
There are no such problems when using 'Project Explorer' view. I use 'Package 
Explorer' by 99.9% of time though and don't like switching to 'Project 
Explorer' only for that single reason.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set a directory path for a project. Everything compiles correctly
2. Debug or run a main class using the default classpath
3. ClassNotFoundExceptions appear even though the jars are in the directory 
classpath

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse 3.7 on Mac OS X
