Looking to grab 0.1.5 for the fix in the last commit to dbd-jdbc. I can build the new version myself, but I'm having trouble figuring out which version of hoe to use.

While using bind_param() with non-numeric index with the oracle driver, I received the following exception:

from ./gems/gems/dbd-jdbc-0.1.4/lib/dbd/jdbc/statement.rb:45:in `bind_param'
from ./gems/gems/dbi-0.4.3/lib/dbi/handles/statement.rb:96:in `bind_param'

I believe this is trying to create an instance of InterfaceError rather than DBI::InterfaceError.

 raise InterfaceError.new("Statement.bind_param only supports numeric placeholder numbers") unless param.is_a?(Fixnum)

changed to:

 raise DBI::InterfaceError.new("Statement.bind_param only supports numeric placeholder numbers") unless param.is_a?(Fixnum)

fixed the problem - now I get an error "Statement.bind_param only supports numeric placeholder numbers (DBI::InterfaceError)" which correct.

Same non-existent class is also referenced in driver.rb.
