在云服务器上的官方镜像找不到微信小程序所需要的镜像，具体环境是要自己配置吗

正在学习小程序，遇到一些问题，
1、还没有微信小程序的内测账号，可以下载DEMO，在电脑上看到效果吗？
2、已注册好微信公众平台账号，在设置域名的时候，图例显示的是qcloud.la，如果作为个人使用，我应该申请个什么域名?是申请qcloud的二级域名吗？
很看好微信小程序的前景，正在学习中，谢谢解答。

我很确定cos的bucket ,folder设置是对的, APPID和密钥设置也是对的, 但就是不能从cos接口获取数据.
我使用的mac环境,node.js 6, 使用的是文档中提到的方法安装腾讯云的访问lib和依赖等.
