I think Goolge translate is very good enough, but a preview panel for 
translation result will be useful. It can help developers to understand 
the words meanning during code review by pressing a shortcut. If 
translation is correct, and I can replace old words according to 
translation.

Trying to translate (or preview) Japanese to English (in javadocs written
in Japanese) does not work properly: the result is a string if question
marks only:
 '空の文字列の配列です'   -> '????????????????'

On the other hand, when copy and pasting the text manually on
translate.google.com, the translation works perfectly.

The Idea is that there is a button that will translate one word in to everey 
language, 




More = Mehr, maximus, più, mas, もっと. You get the idea all Translations.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click 'Settings'
2. Select 'Translate'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect drop downs with 'from' and 'to' languages and get empty drop downs. 
Cannot change the language.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
plugin: 1.1.0, IDEA: 12, CentOS

If you have two properties file: i18n.properties and 
i18n_zh_CN.properties, and you open them in "Resource Bundle" tab. If you 
use translate, and it will make the value empty. Please take a look at the 
attachement. Thanks.
