The improved camera flights in Cesium 1.11 may help some examples.

It adds points at random unexpected places, probably because we are using camera.position instead of camera.positionWC. We should probably scrub all examples to clean up camera.position usage.

Can we organize the Resource links such that they will be under the viewer canvas in fullscreen instead of on top? @mramato is it possible to just make the viewer canvas fullscreen?

Rather than using the key that ships with Cesium, we should use the cesiumjs.org Bing key (or a non-bing imagery provider)

When this is released in December, it will have much better terrain/imagery performance because of fog.

Including an easy zoom to with az/el/range. @bagnell this camera helper should also be below the entity level similiar to CesiumGS/cesium#2204

We should discourage people from using setTimeout in Cesium. Should we remove the Move Camera with Timeouts example? Or we could at least add a comment saying that it's not a recommended way of doing it but preserved because of the port?

The Pin in the picking demo goes under the terrain and can disappear. Makes the demo look pretty crappy. Do we just want o disable the terrain for this demo? There is a standalone terrain picking demo anyway.

Right now it is unminified debug to ease development.

The Resources links on each page often point to the low-level Cesium geometry and Sandcastle example. They should point to the Entity API and Sandcastle example when they are all available.

Also change the links to use the github-hosted gh-pages url, instead of the relative url used in index.html to run examples locally.

@hpinkos can you do this after the 1.14 release on October 1?

I found a couple issues in Cesium that are fixed with CesiumGS/cesium#2467. We can update to a fixed version of full Cesium once this goes into master, but I'm not sure this warrants a 1.6.1 release.

It is returning around -10,000 meters for certain areas in the United States.

Title says it all, no errors in console.

@hpinkos do you have any bandwidth to make these updates soon?

Perhaps just upgrade to Cesium 1.37, test, and clean up the HTML that no longer renders in the README.md?
