Validator - report line number of error in tileset.json about 3d-tiles-validator HOT 2 CLOSED

A line number will not make sense in many cases - one has to anticipate the fact that the JSON may be unformatted (i.e. only in a single line).

However, the updated validator from #222 will report issues along with a path, which is (largely) a JSON path to the element that caused the issue, Such an issue may look like this:

In the updated validator, the issues will contain the "JSON path" pointing to the element that caused the issue.
