##对于前台文件结构的说明
16-5-26 添加了完整的前端架构，及已编写好的一些页面。其中login.html为主页，有可用的JS，支持登录所需的所有前端服务。index.html+template中的页面为功能页面，有统一的nav和footer，其余与login.html同级的为局部跳转页面。
##前后台交互数据的命名规则
一 登录： 登录成功返回状态1 角色编号：1领导 2资源管理员 3系统管理员 4普通用户
二 文档查看： 查询登录角色对应的 部门文档列表 和 公司文档列表 两个GET请求 位于RH_index.js 无参数 期望返回诸如$scope.data的json数组
