Opening it here right now because I can't work on it at the moment.

1. Make a note that I have set the db password to hil.
2. Change the line that makes symbolic link to this ln -s -f /etc/hil.cfg /var/lib/hil/. otherwise it makes the whole directory a symbolic link.
3. for some reason it was unable to find wsgi.conf

Thanks @apoorvemohan for spotting these. If there's anything else, put those in the comment.

The script hangs at that line since it's looking for 88 active+clean vs 184 active+clean at the time of writing.
