Add Function example addressing log issue when printing to stdout, when using of-watchdog streaming mode.

We could either configure using environment variable or a different handler name like req-handler. The latter is more likely, because the difference is explicit by looking at the handler ns file.

Still, some warmup is needed on the first invoke.
Figure out a way to fix this externally through some OpenFaaS mechanism or from the bb side. The latter is better because it requires no user configuration.

Depending on the situation, we can pass either an "accept" environment variable to the Function or as a header.

This isn't necessarily a Function example.

Question: how can we work around the function.handler namespace incompatibility with use outside OpenFaaS, with minimal setup?

Add Function example establishing db connection:

• Pool database connections
• Database connection pool persists between requests
• Database pooling should be established if there isn't one

A use case is persisting a shared .m2 cache between containers so that:

• We don't need to warm up the first time the container is run by fetching deps.
• When provisioning many replicas at the same time, we don't compromise the network.
