Like in the title. The gulp tasks like deploy and prod will first remove a functional build before running the jekyll task and actually confirming that the build passes. This might leave you with an broken build. Shouldn't be a big thing these days with version control, but still.

I think it would be better to build into a temp folder, when it builds successfully, it'll remove the old build and move the new build to the destination.
