This one was a doozy to track down; the error just gets swallowed up and you get the "Forbidden. Login Failed" message.

I had two identical consumers (same commit of the same repo) on different machines and one would authenticate fine while the other never would. The only difference is that one machine is running Python 2.6.5 and one 2.7. Well, it seems like the namespace kwarg wasn't available in the version of ElementTree in 2.6's standard library, nor is it available in "elementtree".

I'd really like to use the project on a 2.6 server, but I'm not sure what should be done to get around the requirement.

During logout created url like this:
https://cas_server/auth/logout?url=http%3A%2F%2Ftest.myservice.ruhttp%3A%2F%2Ftest.myservice.rsl.ru
it incorrect
url has to have service parameter.

Please change def _logout_url()
something like this:
logout_url += '?' + urlencode({'url': _service(request)})
logout_url += '&' + urlencode({'service': next_page})
