Data Retention

When you unsubscribe from notifications, your data is deleted immediately. If the bot is installed on your server but not subscribed to any styles, we do not store any data about your server.

Trackmania.io sometimes points to the wrong MAP_UID

Problem

Today's TOTD on TMIO

  • Map UID from TMIO: MRcAmMvhnoPG7pepm7l3DDIeSK8
  • Map UID from TMX: P4Vbbdbpy_URfqd2PKXFClZFLgi

Impact

The TMX API call is using the TMIO map_uid, which is wrong. This causes ingestion to fail because the TMX API JSON response is empty. We cannot send notifications without the TMX response because map styles are only found on TMX.

Triage

I'm guessing this arises when a new version of the map is uploaded, but Nadeo picks an old version to be TOTD. Maybe we can remove the TMIO dependency entirely? At the very least, there should be a fallback to see if we can still find the map on TMX.
