Proposed Solution

The following tools and libraries should be added to conda-forge. starting with at least one layout and schematic editor.

• magic: layout editor, magic feedstock
• xcircuit: schematic editor
• xschem: schematic editor
• ngspice: simulator, ngspice feedstock
• Xyce: simulator
• klayout: layout editor

It's hard to find open-source IP and filter though it to itendify high-quality IP that might meet your needs.

Proposed Solution

Create an open-source IP catalog as part of Viper-forge.
