Delete a moduleTask in a week will result in the deletion of other weeks' same task of same index as well. What if the lecture this week got canceled?

Not sure this is a flaw or a bug?

After the deletion:

Week 4 moduleTask also gone

Every invalid command in grade tracker will result in an exception, may consider improve it.

Invalid command gives wrong information.

Edit 4 still reports field missing, although q4 doesn't exist

Find command will return the number of matching modules but does not show correspondibg modules. Which makes find command nearly useless.

The GUI stated in the user guide should contain some sample data when entering the app, right?

Although under user guide 3.4.Quiz note on UI, "You can adjust the size of the split pane by sliding the window separator between the two windows to fully see the whole question"

maybe can consider split into several lines or display it somewhere else when the user clicks on it

Before the command, no ToDoTask is shown on Thursday.

After the command, a new ToDoTask is created with the title and day specified and replace the one on Friday.
