[1.19.2] Attempting to start a Tier 3 Cold Snap Horde via commands crashed the game

trying to start a tier 3 cold snap horde via any method (snow globe or w/ commands) caused the game to instantly crash; looking at the crash report, this seems to be the result of a missing element that no null check is in place for

this crash weirdly seems to only happen sometimes

to reproduce exactly:

  1. create a new superflat world with snow (or some sort of environment that confuses the horde?)
  2. try to start a tier 3 CSH via commands
  3. the game responds with an instant crash

Music disks stop playing after a few seconds

In ColdSnapHorde-FORGE-1.8.2.3-1.19.2, the music disks keep stopping after about 8 seconds and was also happening in ColdSnapHorde-FORGE-1.8.2.1-1.19.2. I'm on forge 43.2.0.
