I'm just redirecting the issue:

This happened when install by composer install

composer install
Loading composer repositories with package information
Installing dependencies (including require-dev) from lock file
Package operations: 5 installs, 0 updates, 0 removals
  - Installing cartalyst/api (dev-master 78a7bfb): Downloading (failed)    Failed to download cartalyst/api from dist: The "https://api.github.com/repos/cartalyst/api/zipball/78a7bfb3f2576f2486fe1c54afd6ffe97db3b16f" file could not be downloaded (HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found)
    Now trying to download from source

I'm getting this error right after composer install

It does seem to come from
