It should not be possible to set an expense date in the future

Normal users can attach or define a bank number or a credit card.
However, certain users may be entitled to use a company credit card.

Credit card expenses are handled differently from normal reimbursements and should stand out to the accountant.

When a company credit card has been used, there is no reimbursement involved.

The user may be able to select the card/account number from a drop-down list.

Only a reviewer or admin can define a company credit card and assign it to one or multiple users which may be able to select it in a drop down menu.

A user can provide their bank number to be used for depositing the expense's cost.

There are situations however where the costs of an expense can/should be deposited to another bank account.
