I was able to start config server but when making request i am getting message as cannot clone or checkout repository.

These lines in the application.yml file in the zuul service project make the project won't start, I think it should be commented because it clashes with the configuration from config server

Looks like Oracle added an additional redirect (302) from that URL which curl is not fully traversing. Use this URL instead: https://edelivery.oracle.com/otn-pub/java/jce/8/jce_policy-8.zip
