Describe the bug
I have an app running with node v14 (we're fighting dependencies updates to upgrade it to v18)
I installed the plugin and found that ni v0.14 it's not using mjs files yet, so this is the version i have to use.
When I try to install v0.14 the plugins says that Expected /Users/willianba/.asdf/installs/ni/0.14.0/ni to be executable.
Same happened when i tried installing 0.13.0.
Steps to reproduce
asdf install ni 0.14.0
Expected behavior
The version should be installed without errors.
