Display the dataset name in their raw form - no upper case conversion

Add a 404 page (similar to the hostseq one)

Since this has a lot more pages, we can just have one button that redirects to 'overview' and one button that redirects to 'help'

Make DatasetDropdown persist when views change

Currently, the dataset dropdown gets cleared when you switch to a new page/view, and a new API request is made to populate the dropdown; ideally, we will keep the dataset dropdown to persist, this saves us from unnecessary API requests

Update docs on deployment

Custom Visualization view persist graph selections and not just dataset

The custom visualization page is saving the correct dataset but do we want it to also keep track of the selections from the dropdowns for the graphs. So that if they go to the overview page and then back to custom Visualization it still the previous drop-down selections and not default first selection in the dropdowns.
