2.1 Details & Summary
Wouldn't it be easier to reuse the same <details> markup, and only add some extra (click) handlers, markup and styling when it's unsupported (if you really need the toggling functionality)? Right now, when JS is disabled, you get to see both elements, which is pretty weird. Even when a browser doesn't support (un)collapsing details, it still just shows the content. Try to use this fact for Progressive Enhancement.
Improve styling for IE and mobile
Improve the CSS so that all looks also good on IE and mobile devices
