You can use either Python or Node.js to interact with the ChatGPT Turbo APIs and communicate with the bot. This provides an efficient way to build a customer service bot or a knowledge base bot. Additionally, the bot can utilize JavaScript to create the front-end of the chatbot, similar to ChatGPT, or you can opt for a different design if desired. For knowledge base functionality, the bot can leverage embedding techniques on your own data. This requires a vector database, with Pinecone being a popular choice.
