SOAP login/password not getting translated to cURL

When a SOAP login/password are defined in the $options parameter, do you think it should be the responsibility of the camcica-soap-client to translate that to CURLOPT_USERPWD (which is how I can currently get around it), or should this package do that on behalf of the user?

 preg_match_all($pattern, $response, $matches); 

 $header = array_pop($matches[0]);

If response contains HTTP/1.0 in body, array_pop returns last occurance, which leads to error.

Please create a tag of current master-branch

Hi,
we want to use your PHP-library in one of our projects. The latest tag (1.1.0) is from 2016. Please, can you create a tag of the current master-branch (so, that we can use a tag, which contains the current/up-to-date code)?

Charset isn't set in cURL headers

When Camcima\Soap\Client calls __doRequest, there is only text/xml in Content-type header, but no charset is present.
This turns into trouble in some cases. Consider adding "charset=UTF-8".
